Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Regular-priced items that meet these conditions may be returned for a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to help cover the cost of shipping the product to the customer.
Sale items, including purchases made using coupon or promotional codes, are not eligible for refunds. These items may be returned for store credit only if approved. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward a future purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Hunter Leather Goods is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges are available for eligible items within the 30-day return window. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can assist with the process and confirm availability.
