2-Year Warranty Coverage

All Hunter products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This includes:

Faulty or broken stitching caused by production defects
Defective hardware (zippers, clasps, buckles, buttons)
Structural issues resulting from manufacturing faults

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

Because our products are made from real, natural leather, the following are not covered under warranty:

Natural leather variations such as grain differences, wrinkles, scars, or color variation
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Scratches, scuffs, dents, or marks developed over time
Natural color change or patina as the leather ages
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidents
Exposure to water, heat, moisture, or chemicals
Overloading or excessive strain
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

These are considered normal characteristics of leather and everyday use, not manufacturing defects.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Your order number or proof of purchase
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect

All claims are reviewed individually to determine eligibility.

Resolution Process

If your claim is approved under warranty, we may:

Offer store credit or another fair resolution

The solution provided will depend on the nature of the defect and product availability.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, return shipping may be covered by us
If the issue is not covered under warranty, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
