At Hunter, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our 2-Year Warranty is designed to cover genuine manufacturing defects while setting clear and fair expectations.


2-Year Warranty Coverage

All Hunter products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This includes:

  • Faulty or broken stitching caused by production defects

  • Defective hardware (zippers, clasps, buckles, buttons)

  • Structural issues resulting from manufacturing faults

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution at our discretion.


What Is Not Covered

Because our products are made from real, natural leather, the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Natural leather variations such as grain differences, wrinkles, scars, or color variation

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Scratches, scuffs, dents, or marks developed over time

  • Natural color change or patina as the leather ages

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidents

  • Exposure to water, heat, moisture, or chemicals

  • Overloading or excessive strain

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

These are considered normal characteristics of leather and everyday use, not manufacturing defects.


How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

All claims are reviewed individually to determine eligibility.


Resolution Process

If your claim is approved under warranty, we may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace it with the same or a comparable item

  • Offer store credit or another fair resolution

The solution provided will depend on the nature of the defect and product availability.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, return shipping may be covered by us

  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer


Real Leather Disclaimer

Leather is a natural material that ages over time. Changes in color, texture, and softness are expected and are part of the product’s character. These changes do not indicate a defect.


Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The warranty is non-transferable
